Developed a custom HRM and Attendance Management System that directly integrates with physical Hikvision biometric terminals. Built the core architecture using Laravel to handle complete HR employee lifecycles, role-based access control, and automated logging. Configured secure local environment endpoints utilizing Hikvision ISAPI protocols to capture real-time fingerprint or facial data packets. Engineered an automated parsing engine to process incoming XML and JSON responses, instantly logging employee check-ins/outs on the centralized HR dashboard while calculating precise daily working hours
