Custom Website Developer
Strung me along for 2 weeks claiming to be working. Nothing got done. I noticed the deceit within the 2nd week when they attempted to charge me 7 hours but no work was done. When I asked for a time breakdown they were over estimating the time for everything by nearly double and charging me for them to learn the code. Meanwhile they had access to the days before the jobs officially started and I asked if they had any questions about the code and the said no. When I expressed my concern with the billing and suggested they reduce the billing to 50% of what they are attempting to they stopped responding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Expert/Senior PHP SaaS Developer Needed
Worst freelancer. He committed fraud.
He (along with his partner AliRaza - https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~016413350fbf65e176)
quietly sub-contracted the work to very junior people at his company (https://isoft-tech.pk/about-us) who had no software/programming skills and completely destroyed my project while billing me six figures USD.
They both sub-contracted the work to a company "isoft-tech" without my knowledge. Multiple very very junior people from isofttech quietly (behind the scenes) worked on my project and completely trashed the project. The same task was billed multiple times (6X) by each of the junior people by implementing the same thing in multiple buggy ways which took enormous amount of my time to research, and investigate.
He and his partner (AliRaza) would join weekly calls but never on video. They are good at hiding their identities with excuses. So you will never know who is working on the project.
In the end, after months of confrontation with facts (based on my review/investigation), he agreed to create a spreadsheet full of bugs/defects which he agreed to resolve/fix pro-bono but only completed a very small percentage when he decided to call it quits and disappeared after making nearly six figures USD from me. He even refused to provide basic guidelines or documentation even thought he was paid 6 times over.
Stay away from this guy and his network of people on Upwork and elsewhere.
