Project details

I design and build no-code Copilot agents against your live data, with your team in the room. Agents that work in a demo often fail on real corporate data and policy. I build them where they will actually run.

You receive working agents, the prompt and connector logic behind them, and a build guide your team can reuse. I document what your IT policy blocked and how we worked around it.

I ran this for director-level leadership at a Fortune 100 technology company. We built three agents on live corporate datasets and resolved Power Automate AI failures under restrictive corporate IT policy.

This is agent design and enablement work. It does not include custom software development.

About Richard

Principal AI Integration & Advisory Consultant | Copilot, Azure OpenAI

I close the gap between executive AI mandates and the security, identity, and data-governance realities that stall them.

Executives ask for autonomous agents. IT answers with tenant policy, Conditional Access, and DLP. The data sits in twelve disconnected places. Most AI pilots die in that gap.

I have spent twelve years building enterprise technical enablement across the Microsoft ecosystem. I now apply that work to multi-vendor generative AI: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Claude.

Recent engagements:

- Global manufacturer: led AI discovery across 27 sites. Facilitated a one-day strategy session for the CEO and 25 senior leaders. Produced a 9-month roadmap for data consolidation, governance, and Copilot deployment.

- Fortune 100 technology company: directed a half-day workshop for director-level leadership building no-code Copilot agents on live corporate datasets. Resolved Power Automate AI failures under restrictive IT policy.

- Biotech trade association: engineered a Claude adoption program for a 30-person organization. Provisioned 30 Claude Team licenses and delivered Microsoft 365 integration guides to internal IT.

- Regional health system: designed a virtual lab of 5 Windows 11 VMs with Copilot trials. Instructed senior IT engineers on Zero Trust and healthcare compliance without exposing PHI.

- U.S. military aviation unit: rebuilt a curriculum mid-delivery to execute a live SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online migration for 17 IT leaders. Produced a reference architecture.

At Microsoft I directed the first enterprise deployment of generative AI role-play simulations. I authored methodology programs that standardized practice for more than 62,000 sales, technical, and customer success professionals globally.

Bring me in for AI readiness assessment, governance and tenant remediation that unblocks deployment, agent design, and Copilot rollout.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Richard can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Richard receives requirements from you.

Richard works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Scope and data access

Define the agent task, users, and data sources. Confirm licensing and IT policy limits.

Build with your team

Build the agents live on your data. Capture prompt logic, connectors, and policy workarounds.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Richard.
