Full Stack Web Developer for new WooCommerce Website Build
Worst hiring experience I've had on this platform. Hamza promised a project would be completed in under a week. Three months later, it still wasn't done properly. Constant delays, zero accountability, and communication that would disappear exactly when it mattered most. There were critical moments where I needed urgent support and he was simply gone. No response, no update, nothing. He has a talent for making promises he has no intention of keeping and vanishing when the pressure is on. I lost significant time and money because of his inability to deliver what he committed to. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Completion & Refinement of Leadership Advisory Website (WordPress)
I would not recommend working with this freelancer based on my experience.
The project involved completing and refining an existing WordPress website with a clear brief, defined timelines, and a structured set of edits. Unfortunately, the delivery, communication, and overall execution fell significantly below expectations.
A key issue was that work was carried out on an external staging site that I do not have proper access to or control over, despite providing access to my own SiteGround hosting environment. This meant I could not reliably review progress, verify changes, or access a usable version of the work within my own WordPress account. This is a fundamental issue for any website project and should not have happened.
Throughout the contract, I repeatedly had to ask basic questions about where the work was being done, what version of the site was being used, and what progress had actually been made. These questions were often not answered clearly or were ignored altogether. Updates were frequently promised (“I will update you tonight”, “I will share a document tomorrow”) but were not delivered.
Despite agreeing timelines and allocating a clear number of hours for the work, there was very little visible progress. I was not provided with a clear breakdown of completed tasks, and I often had to chase for even basic updates. This created unnecessary delays and made it impossible to move the project forward.
Another major issue was working on incorrect or outdated versions of the website, despite clear instructions and multiple reminders to use the most recent version. This resulted in duplication of effort, rework, and further delays.
In addition, there was a lack of clarity around who was actually carrying out the work. During a call, multiple individuals appeared, which raised concerns about whether the person hired was the one delivering the work.
Overall, the project became disorganised, slow, and difficult to manage, despite having a clear brief and straightforward requirements. I am now required to restart the work with another freelancer.
If you are looking for someone who can deliver quickly, follow instructions closely, and work within your own controlled environment, I would recommend being cautious.
