Shubham is very friendly, responsive, and has excellent work ethics. He's available when needed and communicates quickly. I appreciate his willingness to help and his professional attitude - he even offered free rework when issues arose.
However, I wasn't fully satisfied with the work quality. To be fair, this might partly be due to miscommunication on my end - I could have been clearer about my expectations. That said, I would have appreciated more proactive clarification questions from his side when requirements seemed ambiguous.
The main challenge was a fundamental difference in our working approaches. I needed rapid MVP development with quick iterations and AI-first methods, while he preferred more traditional development patterns. This mismatch led to lots of bugs in the front end and functionality. The backend work he has done was good.
