You get custom video tutorial(s) created specifically to deal with the issues of your project.
Instead of sitting through videos that talk about everything you're not interested in before getting to what you are interested in, your tutorial(s) go straight to the heart of the matter.
The editing of your video tutorial(s) is done at no additional charge. I will not deduct from your minutes for my editing. Editing is usually me removing silence, UMs and UHs and cutting out mistakes.
The number of minutes you paid for will only be debited for the final video tutorial(s). For example, I make a 13-minute long tutorial. After I edit out all my excess and mistakes, what's left is a 7-minute video. You are charged for the seven minutes that is useful to you, not the other six that you will never see.
You can request as many video tutorials as I can make within the minutes you have purchased. If you have 3 requests that need to be covered in 3 videos, then I will attempt to do all 3 tutorials. If you have minutes left over once I cover any current issues, then you can still use the remaining minutes as a later date. They do not expire.

Faydra is the absolute best. If you need a problem fixed or your website handled and managed, she is the person to do it! I've never give her a problem she couldn't fixed and she also recovered my entire business when I deleted it by accident one time. Do yourself a favor and hire her for everything you do!

Wordpress site adjustments
Faydra was not only incredible with re-designing my site, and setting it up for a lay person to easily use. But she was also generous in teaching me how to use it and make it my own. After an Honorable discharge from active duty in 2006, I became a technology trainer in the Washington, DC, area, training others to use (X)HTML(1-5), CSS(1-3), Bootstrap, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP/MySQL, Adobe applications, like Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop, to design/develop websites for personal, business and government use. I also use WordPress extensively and teach WordPress classes in-person and online.
I use social media on a daily basis and also teach social media classes, which include "Social Media Overview" and "Marketing with Social Media." I was also a web design instructor at Northern Virginia Community College from February 2011 to March 2018, and briefly took on an adjunct instructor position at The Art Institute of Virginia Beach to teach web design, interface design and social media courses.
These days, I'm doing my own thing with teaching/training all the things and more that I taught/trained when working with other companies/colleges.
A little more about me...
I'm a full-time freelancer, and I'm on the computer from about 5a EST to about 9p EST. Often, you will find me still working until midnight or beyond. If I'm not working with graphics, images and websites, I'm teaching others to work with one or all of these. I do and teach what I love, and I love what I teach and do.
I've been a graphic/web designer/developer and image editor since 1999, starting the journey on as an active duty US Army soldier, and I've been working with and teaching web work classes since I left active duty in 2006.
As it concerns WordPress, I have several of my own WordPress sites, and I maintain sites for a select number of clients. I've been working with and teaching WordPress since 2009. I've trained others to use WordPress in corporate environments and on the college level. I've even written a few articles about WordPress for the GoDaddy blog.
I believe in sharing information, so if there's anything you want to know how to do yourself I'm happy to create video tutorials to show you how to do what you've hired me to do if you ever want to take on the task(s) yourself. I believe in empowering my clients, not holding them hostage.
