I build end-to-end churn prediction models using XGBoost and Python, with experience on real industry data from a collaboration with Komorebi for Sumauto, one of Spain's leading vehicle marketplace groups. My approach combines solid ML engineering with business interpretation — you don't just get a model, you get actionable insights on which customers are at risk and why.
