I worked in the retail Corporate sector as an analyst for 5+ years, and freelanced 3+ years; and for the last few years enhanced my analytical experience with a more cross-functional role as a Customer Experience Manager - working with the Customer Success Team, IT & Development, Marketing, and the firm Admins.
