Custom development work on our X-Cart website
We hired Ankush's team for two projects: Google Ads management and custom development work. Regarding the former, all they accomplished was driving up costs without generating any additional revenue, in part because they ignored our instructions. Regarding the latter, both customizations they developed were buggy. We asked them to fix it, but they disappeared on us for months and then abruptly ended the contract. The customization still doesn't work properly, so we will have to find someone else to fix it. I wish it didn't end up this way and that I wouldn't have to leave this kind of review, but I have to be transparent. All I can say is I hope they do a better job for future clients than they did for us.
