DevExpress XAF support
Basit is an amazing developer and a great communicator. All the jobs he has done for us were finished in time and better than our specs. He isn't the cheapest developer you can get, but nevertheless great value for money.

ASP.Net Program and Website Assistance
Basit was ok for much of the contract, and I appreciated his work even though I some times would have liked it to be more timely. He would usually get back to me the day following a message. I think that Basit is very skilled, and often helped me out of jam, but near the end was not as good when I had to bring in another team from India to help (they had written the original software he needed their cooperation which was not great either). I thought that he became less responsive, and even slightly rude near the end. In my opinion he "did not play well with others"when my software was down for weeks and I needed help desperately. I respect Basit, and he did work for me for almost a year, helping me very much. But eventually I just hired the other team to finish the project alone because they just couldn't work together. I take half of the blame, because these are always complicated things, but I didn't feel very important when my emergency dragged on for about six weeks.
