Task: Develop a scalable video analytics solution for real-time object detection with high accuracy and seamless integration into production environments.
Description: We delivered an end-to-end ML pipeline - from data annotation to deployment and continuous model improvement.
A scalable annotation workflow was set up using Label Studio and CVAT, including model-assisted labeling to accelerate data preparation while maintaining strict quality control.
For model development, we leveraged state-of-the-art YOLO architectures optimized for real-time performance. The solution was customized for specific business scenarios and designed for both cloud and edge deployment.
We implemented a full ML lifecycle: error analysis, dataset refinement, edge-case expansion, and регуляр retraining based on key metrics (mAP, precision, recall). This approach ensures continuous performance improvement and long-term reliability.
The system was deployed in a secure on-premise environment, providing full control over data and compliance with enterprise security requirements.
