Airbnb Virtual Assistant
Not essentially the best experience working with Gautam and his team. We were looking for 24/7 virtual assistant coverage for our short-term rental business and he said that he has more than 10 years experience in short term rental management and will bring 2 additional team members for the full coverage. We offered a lot of documents and trainings during the onboarding process but when they started, we realized that those 2 team members had literally 0 experience in managing short-term rentals and then Gautam requested 2 weeks of shadowing and additional time for ramping up the team, which was a significant delay.
Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, the quality of work that his team provided was still subpar and needs a lot of handholding. Whenever we point out their mistakes, they would find excuses and didn't admit. At the same time, they think they are super capable, which is not true, so the communication was a challenge as well. 9 days into the work, they decided to terminate the contract immediately as "our demands are too high". All in all, I don't recommend Gautam or his team.
