Overall, this contractor was pleasant to work with and always conducted themselves professionally. They were kind in their interactions and maintained a positive attitude throughout the project.
However, we experienced ongoing challenges with communication, turnaround times, and following instructions clearly. Many edits took longer than expected, and it was often unclear whether requested tasks had been fully completed. This led to a significant amount of extra follow-up, double-checking, and corrections on our end.
There were also several instances where edits to one part of the website unintentionally changed other areas that were not requested, creating additional revisions and extra work.
While they were enjoyable to work with personally, I believe they could improve in communication, attention to detail, and following instructions more carefully to create a smoother experience for future clients
