This training is designed to help development teams to embrace TDD and DevOps.
Why isn't a normal TDD training adequate?
Because training people to productively use TDD in a classroom isn't possible. TDD is an Extreme Programming practice that can't be successfully injected into a dysfunctional environment. For this reason, any canonical TDD training will fail. The attendees haven't received the appropriate preparation to do TDD outside the classroom in an environment not ready for it!

I started my geek career as a kid on an old Commodore C64, and after a smooth academic journey, in 2001 I landed in Ferrari F1 for some consultancies; and my life twisted to the agile way of working.
Entrepreneur and SW craftsmanship.
In 2003 I moved from my first startup to a corporation, where I started my agile coach adventure, focused to improve SW craftmanship using eXtreme Programming. I was one of the youngest Italian java architects, and in 2009, following the Robert C. Martin call at the Agile 2008, one of the first Italian software craftsman. In 2015, after years in the field of transforming banks and companies in lean, agile, and XP, I decided to create a new startup. With a UX expert, we experimented the idea to combine Rugged DevOps with LeanUX to create “user- centric” products using the most advanced LeanUX practices like event storming, design sprint, paper prototyp- ing, etc. The development of these products was based on Extreme Programming and the most advanced DevSecOps capabilities.
My coaching and transformation recipe.
In 2017 I accepted big blue's challenge. I led a 500 employees site to a complete evolution. From a “primitive” agile organisation to a mature IT delivery center. A compound of high-performance teams empowered as startups and aligned via a mission OKR driven. in 2019 the whole corporation embraced the OKR methodology. I also brought the standardisation of technology excellence via DORA DevOps assessment and related coaching program to upskill individuals and teams to score Elite performance level. Neuroscience, behavioral science, Arbinger Otward-Mindset are my coaching allies alongside my deep knowledge of the different flavours of Agile. The cherry on the cake is my recipe to train teams to embrace eXtreme Programming and TestDrivenDevelopment as the cornerstone of a smooth DevOps transformation.

Attendees & team assessment
For individuals: The attendee will be assessed on the actual technical capabilities via a test to perform in 2 hours. For teams: The team will be assessed with the DORA capability model. The test is the baseline at the beginning of the journey.
Assessment result and retrospective
After the attendee/team are evaluate, I will provide a list with the results and the suggested topic necessary to work on. The assessment will be used also as the baseline to measure the training outcome.
