Full stack work for underwriting platform
I had a very disappointing experience with this freelancer. From the beginning, there was a lack of transparency and accountability. For two weeks, no code was uploaded and tasks on Monday.com were not updated, despite multiple reminders. Only after I said I would pause the contract did they admit they would ānow start being transparent,ā which should have been the standard from the start.
The quality of the work was poor. Instead of training the model with all available files, the freelancer attempted to cut corners by using only one set of documents, essentially faking progress. When I tested with other documents, the model completely failed to parse meaningful information. This showed not only poor technical execution but also a lack of honesty in approach.
Overall, I found the work unprofessional, delayed, and misleading. I cannot recommend this freelancer to others who expect reliability, technical competence, and transparency.
