VN has a broad range of IT experience which came in handy when we had to pivot regarding infrastructure. In hindsight, we probably should have taken his initial recommendation to start fresh rather than hack apart existing code. We completely underestimated the cost of what we were trying to achieve and the timeframe. VN bent over backwards to make the project a success despite our own poor understanding of what was truly required. Moving forward we hope to engage his services again for enhancements once the dust settles. He has a great amount of experience we would like to leverage from.
