If a screen in your application used to load in one second and now takes fifteen, the problem is almost never "we need a bigger server." It is usually three missing indexes and one query doing work in application code that SQL Server should be doing itself.
I have spent three years building and maintaining enterprise systems on SQL Server — customer portals, reporting dashboards and production-monitoring software — and this is the part I get called in for most often.
You will not get a vague list of suggestions. You get the exact queries rewritten, the exact indexes to create, measured before-and-after timings for every change, and a written report you can hand to anyone on your team.
If a query cannot be made faster, I will tell you that too, and explain what is actually limiting it. I would rather give you an honest answer than a cosmetic change.
You do not need to give me production access. A backup, an anonymized copy, or even just the queries and the schema is enough to start.

FIRST, THE HONEST PART

→ A Flutter app for iOS and Android with six employee self-service modules — leave requests, live shuttle tracking, internal directory, announcements. It started as a low-code prototype and I rebuilt it as a proper production codebase.
→ A contractor tracking system in Blazor and ASP.NET Core: certificate validation, compliance documents, factory entry and exit logging, and audit-ready reporting.
