Custom CRM and Travel Management Software Development
While the skill level was good, there was a language barrier that prevented both parties from full understanding the scope of the project. As time went on it was clear that they did not understand what I was saying, leading to frustration on both ends. Then they started asking for more money and saying that they were going beyond the contract. This was NOT true. They ended up having to redo some of the project because they did not understand what I was asking for. This led them to believe I was asking for more. They continued to asking for money. Even so far as to saying they would not release the source code until after final payment was made. I finally got the source code and found another freelancer to finish. Their skill level and experience is obviously very good, but make sure that communication is extremely clear.
