Individual programmed webpage (raw php) needs more functionality
Waqar is very polite and restrained. He is absolutely willing to learn and always open minded. Unfortunately he has - at least doing my project - several issues with availability, broken connections etc. and not online for 3 days now. I don't know if everything is fine, but we are dependent on the module he is programming on, so we have to shift this job to another person.

Waqar is an excellent freelancer every employer should hunt to work with. Because he is here to build a good profile not after making fast money, do you know what that means? It's means he will do all his best to deliver a very good job to build his profile that is wonderful to find such freelancer on upwork that give all his best to deliver a very good job.
My task was very simple, but my code is hummm! You have to take time to study because it, because it's custom build and you know every developer have his own way of coding so another dev must take time to study without messing the code.
Waqar proved himself as an expert PHP developer, he completed my job without any error and he is very careful in make everything by not messing things.
