I had a great experience working with Shafin from start to finish. He delivered a fairly complex MVP involving backend logic, admin systems, incentives, referrals, leaderboards, settlement logic, and security/guardrails — and handled everything professionally and systematically.
What I appreciated most was:
Excellent communication throughout the project
Willingness to iterate, fix edge cases, and respect a strict QA/acceptance process
Strong backend logic and attention to data integrity and security
Very cooperative during final handover, including transferring full ownership of GitHub, hosting, database, and access
Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented when issues came up
He successfully delivered the project across multiple milestones, passed detailed QA, and supported a proper production-grade handover.
