I'm sure he could get the job done but he didn't. Wasted my time instead of telling me upfront that he didn't want to work under the terms of the contract for a job he applied for.

We started off good in terms of communication but he started becoming unresponsive even though he was online in the platforms we use to communicate. The contract started from 9/10 and 3 days later no work has been completed.
