Get list of known bugs
A documented list of the bugs to fix, ideally with screen recordings, screenshots, or steps to reproduce each one, so nothing is ambiguous going in.
Get access to the codebase
Repo access with a working local setup guide, plus a staging environment to develop and test against without touching the live site.
