Unbeknownst to Kapil, I nicknamed him "Johnny-on-the-spot" because he was always forthwith about returning calls or correspondence and was punctual about sprint planning meetings, and made it a point to follow up if he was unable to attend a meeting. I always enjoyed, and will truly miss how he took initiative to report his status each day. Kapil has been a vital member of our development team, significantly contributing to the success of an Invoicing project for Self Funded companies and the implementation of the Accounts Receivable components. His enthusiasm and collaborative spirit have been instrumental in automating transactions, streamlining processes, and improving overall efficiency. The Accounts Receivable project was especially difficult, and we were very fortunate to have such an ambitious developer on our team.
