Project details
You will get a complete professional audit of your website — UI/UX, performance, security and SEO — with a prioritized action plan, not a wall of jargon.
Most audits are auto-generated PDF dumps from free tools. This isn't that. I'm a web developer with 12+ years of experience, and I manually review your site the way a real visitor, a hacker and a Google crawler would.
What gets checked:
• UI/UX: navigation, mobile experience, trust signals, conversion blockers on your key pages
• Performance: Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed/GTmetrix, what's actually slowing the site down
• Security: outdated software, exposed data, SSL/headers, common vulnerability checks
• SEO: technical issues, indexing, on-page structure, metadata, internal linking
What you get:
• A clear report with screenshots — every issue explained in plain English
• Impact rating for each finding: what costs you money vs. what's cosmetic
• A prioritized roadmap: fix this first, this second, ignore that
• (Advanced) Video walkthrough + 60-min call + top quick wins implemented
Send me your URL before ordering and I'll confirm which tier fits your site best.

Website from Lovable to Wordpress
I hired Oleksandr (WOP lab agency) for a “Website from Lovable to WordPress” project, with a clear brief: implement an existing Lovable reference into WordPress using Elementor (or a comparable builder), performance‑focused, GDPR‑conscious, and within a fixed budget.
The first milestone (“Base design setup: header, footer, homepage build”) was delivered as agreed, and I approved and paid it. In that phase, communication was polite and the technical implementation of the base structure was solid.
The collaboration became difficult once the final Lovable version was ready. My expectation was an Elementor‑based implementation of the existing design within a defined budget frame (roughly 40 hours at 40 USD/hour, i.e. around 1,600–1,800 USD), as discussed in the job post and early messages. Oleksandr’s later MVP proposal, however, estimated 76–107 hours and 3,600 USD for a 14‑page implementation of the reference, which was a very different scale from what I had communicated. From my perspective, this reflected a broader rebuild approach rather than the more streamlined page‑builder implementation that experienced Elementor freelancers typically propose for a ready reference.
In addition, there were noticeable discrepancies between some profile claims (Elementor as a core tool, fluent English) and my experience in the project. While Oleksandr remained courteous and willing to continue, aligning on scope, budget, and workload proved challenging, and the project did not progress towards a usable final implementation within the agreed financial and time constraints.
To close the collaboration professionally, I offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, acknowledging that both sides share responsibility when expectations and execution do not fully match; the outcome of that offer is still pending. I wish Oleksandr success in future projects. My main recommendation to other clients is to invest time upfront in very explicit alignment on scope, hour ranges, tools, and budget, and to verify that the freelancer’s proposed approach and estimates truly fit the intended type of implementation before committing to larger phases.

You know your business inside out. Hosting, plugins and Core Web Vitals aren't where your time should go. You describe the outcome, we agree scope and budget, and I take it from there.
Site from scratch, custom theme from Figma, page speed, malware cleanup, a WooCommerce store, a startup MVP — I've done it all, hundreds of times. WordPress isn't one of the things I do. It's the only thing I do.
🤝 What working with me looks like:
- I make the technical calls and tell you what I chose and why, in plain English.
- Jargon-free. If I slip into it, just say so and I'll explain it another way.
- AI is part of my toolkit and stays on my side of the work. If you'd rather not think about it, you won't have to.
- I try to flag things early — better to raise a risk now than after launch.
- If I see a better route than the one you have in mind, I'll say so. You're hiring me for judgement, not just execution.
- Scope and pricing agreed upfront.
- Based in Ukraine (GMT+3): my day fully covers European business hours and overlaps US hours by 6 hours daily. Typical reply in 1–60 minutes.
