At the end of my high school career I was head hunted by a prestigious IT company in my local area that I was living in, at that time. Having done some part time work for them while I was still in school they offered me a permanent position upon finishing high school. I worked for this company for 7 years while working my way to the top and studying part time as a Network Engineering student. Upon graduating I found a more suitable position at another company as an Engineer which I worked for another 2 years doing servers, networks, cloud and project management.
After this, I moved on to find another job as a Senior Systems Engineer which I also had worked for another 2 years. After 2 years I decided to immigrate out of my home country of South Africa to a small European country known as Georgia where I currently have resided for the last 4 years where I take on private jobs, own a small business that does some hosting and drop servicing for local and international clients and freelancing on various platforms and taking on short term contracts when the opportunity arises.
Overall I have 15years experience working in the IT industry and I am looking to maintain the freelancing opportunities as I enjoy to work remotely and having the flexibility of my own working hours. While I spend a lot of time working I like to ensure that I balance life and work equally.
