Hi there! I'm not new to Python, but haven't really used it in commercial development or did any other paid job with it. I have experience with parsing libraries (e.g. BeautifulSoup 4) and with Telebot library - I can build Telegram bot from scratch to fulfill almost any needs you might have.
My hourly rate is low just because there is no portfolio and I can't really prove my skills outside of certificates on LinkedIn - but I suggest you try my services!
