I have the experience of working with GA4 migration from UA for all the product/org websites of my corporate employer and also act as an advisor for future product deployments within the company for different business units. I understand Google Tag Manager and its capabilities thoroughly to utilize it for GA4 configuration including but not limited to, bot exclusion filters, audience filters to ignore internal employees in the property and avoid skewed insights which may not be a typical customer behavior, Non-Prod/Prod distinct properties to keep development and stage systems different from production websites while measuring and analyzing customer web engagement behavior.
