When I first hired him, he created the psychic platform with phone and chat features and I was satisfied at first. However, I later discovered that many essential features were missing — features that should have been included from the start. Every time I pointed something out, he would ask for an additional milestone and more money.
I had a very bad experience in the past with another developer who put a backdoor in my WordPress site and used it to spam my website, so I am cautious. If you plan to work with him, you need to be very clear and detailed about every single requirement upfront, and put everything in writing before starting.
And with experience always choose a developer with more then 100 reviews in his profile
