I build AI agents and automations that run in production, not in demos. Right now I lead AI and automation engineering for a real estate tech company, where my systems operate a fleet of about 70 customer-facing AI assistants, live, every day.

A few results from that work:
- Designed the fleet's LLM observability pipeline, now running on 73 of 77 machines, with API keys kept off customer boxes entirely.
- Cut new-machine provisioning time by about 50 percent with a golden-image pipeline on DigitalOcean and Ansible.
- Migrated LLM models across 41 live customer machines with zero failures, using idle-gating and automatic rollback.
- Built an AI comparative market analysis system on n8n with LLMs and computer vision over live MLS data, including automated QA.

What I do for clients:
1. AI agents and LLM workflows. Agent design, RAG (Pinecone, LangChain), MCP tool integrations, prompt and cost engineering, and the observability to know what your agents are actually doing.
