I open the codebase and find what the team didn't know to look for:
hallucinated dependencies from AI-generated code, broken agent tool call
chains, prompt injection surfaces, context window mismanagement, RAG
retrieval failures, missing error handling, and monitoring gaps. I deliver
a structured findings report with severity ratings and a prioritized fix list.

architecture, map the failure patterns, isolate root causes, and deliver
a recovery playbook — including rewritten prompts, architecture fixes, and
an evaluation framework so the team knows when it's actually working.
