- LLM agents and multi-agent systems with LangChain, LangGraph and Dify, plus the governance that makes them safe to deploy: human-in-the-loop approval gates, writer/critic/approver separation, least-privilege blast radius, auditable decisions.
- Voice and conversational AI: a 24/7 production voice agent handling live quoting and end-to-end booking, built on LiveKit then migrated to managed Retell AI on a documented cost-and-risk business case.
- Self-hosted LLM infrastructure: Ollama, LiteLLM and Open WebUI serving local models on GPUs, with a multi-tenant gateway, virtual-key access control, semantic caching and per-tenant cost tracking (AI FinOps). For clients who cannot send data to a third-party API, I build the whole stack on hardware they control.
- The reliability underneath: AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda, Bedrock), Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
