Most healthcare backends are generic CRUD apps with a "HIPAA" sticker. I built something real – Bunkor, a live HIPAA/GDPR platform. My Django backend includes encrypted secure email (not live chat), file vault with OTP/IP restrictions, audit logging, JWT auth with MFA, RBAC, and RSA‑AES encrypted forms. It runs on GCP with Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and GCS – zero‑trust.
I use Domain‑Driven Design: separate bounded contexts (IAM, billing, vault, notifications) with orchestrators coordinating workflows. Each domain owns its rules, so the system stays modular and maintainable.
I don't sell "full compliance" – that requires legal attestation. I deliver a HIPAA‑ready backend that passes audits. You get clean code, tests, API docs, deployment scripts, and a handover call. No shortcuts. Built by someone who has shipped healthcare software to real users.
