I'll deploy a production AI phone agent that answers calls, books appointments, qualifies leads, and logs every call to your CRM. No voicemail, no hold music — just real conversations.
Stack:
• Twilio (phone infrastructure)
• Deepgram (streaming STT/TTS, sub-200ms latency)
• Groq llama-3.3-70b (LLM brain, with local fallback)
• Local-Eye API (spam screening before answering)
• FastAPI + Python backend
• n8n workflows for CRM sync and post-call automation
What sets this apart:
1. It's live in production. Not a prototype — currently handling real calls for a real business. I'll demonstrate it on our first call.
2. Spam screening. Checks every caller against a scam database before answering. Robocallers get rejected instantly — zero LLM tokens wasted.
3. Fallback chain. If the primary LLM rate-limits, it instantly switches to a local GPU model. The call never goes silent.
4. Interruption handling. Energy-based VAD cuts off TTS faster than waiting for transcription. The AI doesn't talk over callers.
