I automate the accounting busywork in QuickBooks so your numbers stay current without anyone keying them in twice. That covers connecting QuickBooks to the systems you already use, syncing customers and invoices and payments, reconciling what comes in, and flagging the errors that would otherwise surface at month end.

n8n Xero inventory automation

The lowest risk first step is the $650 Audit, a full end to end workup with the fix plan scoped and priced, and it credits toward the build.
Past that I price by the piece and quote fixed, so you can probably add up your own job or at least have a general idea before you even message me.
Setting something up inside a tool you already have, so a form, a tag, your pipeline stages, a set of follow up messages: $250 each
Getting two systems talking to each other: $400
A dashboard or a report: $600
Something that has to decide, so routing a lead to the right person, working out who counts as at risk, an approval step, an AI step: $700
Anything that moves money, or merges or deletes records: $800, because this has to get tested harder
Each system past the first two: $300
So, as an example, Shopify orders flowing into QuickBooks with a dashboard on top is $400 for the connection, $800 because invoicing is involved, and $600 for the dashboard. $1,800.
