In this project I will review your current spreadsheets and workflow and transform them into a structured Airtable database designed to organise your data and simplify how your business runs.
Using the information you provide, I will build a clean Airtable base using the free Airtable features so that your data is easier to manage, track and update.
You will receive:

• A short walkthrough video explaining how to use the system

I am well versed in the broad scope that is needed to run and direct an SME, I have always had an aptitude and attraction to setting up systems so that I/we can run the business smoothly and effectively which is what I have naturally leaned into over the years. I have a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience which can be useful to you, and I in turn also have a lot to learn from seeing different ways other people in different contexts do things.
The business I started in, is an arts management and consultancy that was I setup to represent my late fathers artistic career. We worked with a Filemaker database developer to build an extensive database to house all our knowledge assets and use and re use them for running our operations and website. I worked in the most part as a product manager for the database and website side of things, however over the years I performed a variety of roles ranging from bookkeeping, office management, setting up systems and performing various in depth analyses for presentation to the board. In 2017 I completed a group action coaching programme with the goal of "setting up a profitable business that can run without you". That is what I did and I left me executive position in 2018 to go on to further study and has lead me to this point now.
In more recent times I have co-founded a multi-stakeholder platform Co-opepeartive (Crystalisr.coop) it is essentially an MVP application for Community Wealth Building built with Softr/Airtable & Make. It aims to bring SMEs and larger institutions of a particular Locality (south London) together in order to cultivate a thriving localised economy (amongst other things).
I have also been working for a Solar installations company setting up an airtable database to collect leads and provide the right data to the right people at the right stage in the workflow sending data out to Hubspot and to Open solar via custom API using the scripting app.
I consider myself to be growth orientated, I enjoy learning new ways of doing things and improving what I already know. Chat GPT is an amazing new tool for learning and I am also a member of various online communities of low coders/no coders who support each other. I love getting into the detail of things like mapping out workflows and database schemas and I enjoy problem solving.
Furthermore I appreciate the human side of app development, the users. I do my best to be aware of myself, the situation and other people in it, to remember to look up from the detail and keep the broader context and ultimately the overarching goals I am working towards in mind. Change management, clear communication and emotional intelligence is integral to the successful implementation of high value systems is also integral to my practice.
The core applications I work with are
- Airtable for database development
- Fillout for dynamic and powerful forms
- Docusign for dynamically creating and sending contracts to clients
- Softr to give users access to the database and build a website
- Make or Zapier for connecting those apps and any other apps that may be needed in a specific use case. I recommend Make as its better value.
Then supplementary the apps I'm focusing in on are listed below as I think they are the best I can find for now. However I am happy to connect with whatever is being used with the team.

-Clickup for Project management,
-Miro for mapping out concepts and collaborating on application design
- Chat GPT api for enriching database content, creating social media posts, extracting details from text that would not usually be feasible with a formula amongst many other things!
My aim is ultimately to help setup systems and practices that will facilitate and automate your core business workflows while providing actionable live data on your companies performance.
