This is a healthcare notification management dashboard built with React + TypeScript on the frontend and .NET Core on the backend.

Sends push notifications to individual users by phone number or broadcasts to all mobile accounts
Supports scheduling, voice notes, and deep links in notifications
Real-time broadcast progress tracking via SSE (Server-Sent Events)
Groups broadcast notifications as single summary rows with recipient counts
Recipients popup showing who received each broadcast with phone filter and pagination
