This is where I love to work. I build tools that turn messy data into decision-ready insight - property and asset valuation, stock and SEC EDGAR
analysis, market and deal screening, and "ask your data in plain English" dashboards with a verification layer that catches wrong answers before
anyone acts on them. I currently lead technology for a real-estate data and analytics venture, so I understand valuation, deal analysis, and how
investors actually make decisions.
FULL-STACK & INTEGRATIONS
Underneath all of it is solid engineering: Python, JavaScript/Node, SQL, FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Linux, and clean deployments behind
Nginx/Cloudflare with monitoring. I integrate LLMs (Claude, OpenAI), Stripe payments (one-time and recurring ACH/card), telephony, and almost any
REST API into a product that holds up in the real world. I also come from a security background as an authorized penetration tester, so handling
sensitive financial and business data carefully is second nature.
