The collaboration with Islam was overall very positive. He understood the requirements well and was reliable, helpful, and solution-oriented throughout the implementation.
The project was not technically or organizationally simple, as many details had to be considered. As a Product Owner, I have very clear expectations and high standards regarding quality, clean implementation, and communication. Islam handled this professionally and was always willing to find solutions.
I especially appreciate that he also supported topics that partly went beyond the original scope, without turning every detail into a long discussion. This shows a good attitude toward collaboration.
I am satisfied with his work, and we are continuing to work together on further tasks.
