ASP.NET Core MVC + Blazor App
His code skills and output were decent. He is a moderately skilled, reasonably efficient C# developer. He was also conscientious about billing hours. However, at times, he missed deadlines and didn't communicate, making it impossible to have a project schedule. I also had to repeat requirements over messenger several times. There were limitations on his understanding of integration and unit testing as well.
