Project details

You're paying $300 to $600 a month for Zapier or Make. The same workflows run on n8n for the cost of a $20 server, or free if you self-host on infrastructure you already have.

I rebuild them so the switch is invisible: same triggers, same actions, same results — plus error handling and failure alerts that most Zapier setups never had in the first place.

The part that matters most: I run both systems in parallel before anything gets switched off. Your current automations keep working while I test the n8n versions against real data. You only cancel your old plan once you've seen identical output. Migration risk is the reason most teams put this off, so I take it off the table.

You get the workflow files, credential documentation and a Loom walkthrough of the whole setup. You own everything and you're not dependent on me afterwards.

Before you order: tell me your current monthly bill. If it's under $150, I'll tell you straight that migrating isn't worth your time. I'd rather lose the sale than take money for something that won't pay you back.

I migrate Zapier and Make workflows to n8n — same automations, 70–80% lower monthly cost. Fixed scope, fixed price, 7-day delivery.

Most teams don't want to "hire an n8n developer." They want manual work to disappear, or they want to stop paying $300–600 a month for something a $20 server can run.

WHAT I BUILD

- Zapier / Make → n8n migrations (my specialty)
- Rescue work — fixing broken or half-finished automations someone else left behind
- Subscription and payment automations — checkout, gateway, webhooks, account activation
- AI workflows — OpenAI and Claude nodes, document parsing, data enrichment
- Lead capture → CRM → follow-up pipelines

HOW I WORK

I run both systems in parallel before anything gets switched off. Your current automations keep working while I test the n8n versions against real data. You cancel the old plan only after you've seen identical output.

Every build ships with error handling, failure alerts, credential documentation and a Loom walkthrough. You own the workflow files and you're not dependent on me afterwards.

I run n8n in production on my own product: a subscription billing pipeline where the checkout webhook creates the customer and recurring subscription in the payment gateway, and a second workflow validates the callback token and activates the account automatically.

WHY I'M NOT A TYPICAL AUTOMATION FREELANCER

I spent 17 years in commercial roles before I built software. I started as a bank teller at Unibanco and moved into account management inside a year, then spent the rest of that career selling and managing B2B relationships.

That's the part most automation freelancers don't have. When you tell me a workflow should "qualify leads," I know what a qualified lead actually is — and I'll tell you if the automation you're asking for isn't the one that will move your numbers.

I also build the full stack around automations: Supabase, front end, landing pages, paid acquisition. So I can see where the workflow sits in your business, not just in your tool.

Tell me what you're paying Zapier or Make per month and I'll tell you straight whether migrating is worth it for you. If it's under $150, I'll say so.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Vinicius can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Vinicius receives requirements from you.

Vinicius works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Audit and migration map

I review every workflow, map triggers, actions and dependencies, and send you a document showing exactly what gets migrated and how. You approve before I build anything.

Environment setup

n8n instance configured, credentials connected securely, and connections tested against each service before any workflow is rebuilt.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Vinicius.
