I run n8n in production on my own product: a subscription billing pipeline where the checkout webhook creates the customer and recurring subscription in the payment gateway, and a second workflow validates the callback token and activates the account automatically.
WHY I'M NOT A TYPICAL AUTOMATION FREELANCER
I spent 17 years in commercial roles before I built software. I started as a bank teller at Unibanco and moved into account management inside a year, then spent the rest of that career selling and managing B2B relationships.
That's the part most automation freelancers don't have. When you tell me a workflow should "qualify leads," I know what a qualified lead actually is — and I'll tell you if the automation you're asking for isn't the one that will move your numbers.
I also build the full stack around automations: Supabase, front end, landing pages, paid acquisition. So I can see where the workflow sits in your business, not just in your tool.
