I help you install and run Hermes locally on Windows or macOS using free, open methods, with no recurring platform fees. This is ideal for anyone who wants a capable AI environment running on their own hardware while keeping full control and privacy.

The setup covers a clean installation, all required dependencies, and an optimized configuration tuned to your machine. On higher tiers I also set up core tools, custom skills, and agent workflows so you can use Hermes like a power user from day one.

I make sure everything runs correctly before handover and walk you through the key features so you're comfortable using it. You'll also get a written setup guide so you can reinstall or move to a new machine later without trouble.
