Background, briefly
Five years building production ERPNext for manufacturing, distribution, services and e-commerce companies. I currently lead Frappe/ERPNext development at the India arm of a European ERP company. I'm a Frappe Certified Developer with five merged pull requests in frappe/frappe and frappe/erpnext — which matters to you for one reason only: I read the framework's source rather than guessing at it, so I know where its ceiling is before I promise you something.
I also built a ChatGPT-style AI agent natively inside ERPNext — natural-language record creation and lookup, multi-provider LLM failover, OCR document capture. A European ERP company acquired the IP and now ships it commercially.
Tell me the actual problem — the report that's wrong, the migration that stalled, the integration that keeps failing, the module nobody configured properly. I'll tell you straight whether I can fix it and roughly how long it will take. If I can't, I'll say so.
