Most "custom dashboards" are a spreadsheet with nicer buttons. I build the system underneath — the data model, the user roles, and the alerts that fire before you notice the problem yourself.
I have done this twice for real. A full inventory, order and job-tracking system for a specialty retailer: live stock levels, low-stock alerts, and a custom workflow queue that stops orders shipping before the work behind them is finished. And the operations system that runs my own studio, which I use every day. I am not learning this on your project.
You work directly with me. No account manager, no offshore team, no handoff between a designer and a developer. I design in code, so what you review is the actual working product, not a mockup that gets rebuilt later.
