You send invoices, receipts, bank statements or scans - PDFs, phone photos, faded copies, mixed currencies (USD, EUR, GBP). You get back clean Excel or CSV with your exact columns, ready for QuickBooks or Xero.
Every document goes through an OCR and extraction pipeline I built and run myself. It pulls the fields you name (vendor, invoice number, dates, net, tax, gross, line items), then checks its own work: net plus tax has to equal the stated total, to within 2 cents. Bank statements get the running balance reconciled line by line.
That is what makes this different from data entry. Anything the pipeline can't read with confidence gets flagged for you to review - never guessed, never quietly corrected. I also do a manual QC pass before anything reaches you.

Review your files and confirm scope, columns, and format
I open the actual files before anything starts. If the page count or the layout differs from what you described, you hear it now - not on delivery day. You get a short note back: what I will extract, what I cannot, and the confirmed scope.
Extract data with my OCR pipeline and reconcile every total
The pipeline reads each document and checks its arithmetic: net plus tax should equal gross. Anything that does not reconcile, or that cannot be read with confidence, is flagged rather than guessed. Nothing is silently corrected.
