TIERS
• Starter: one small, clearly described bug (error, endpoint, validation, failing job)
• Standard: up to 3 related bugs in the same flow + fix documentation
• Advanced: up to 6 hours of backend support (fixes, code review, query optimization)
PROCESS: reproduce > check logs & queries > root cause > safe scoped fix > test the flow > handoff notes.
NOT INCLUDED unless agreed first: frontend redesign, mobile apps, server emergencies, full rewrites, database redesign, "fix all bugs" requests. If the issue exceeds the tier, I pause and propose a milestone before touching anything risky.
