React Native App Development with Figma and Existing React Native Project
Hello. Are you from the US or Europe? If so, you shouldn't assign work to Indians. I'm angry for three reasons.
First, they didn't follow requirements. I clearly asked them to add styling to existing source code, but for some reason they created new repositories to add screens and styling. Now I have to merge two repositories, which significantly increased my workload.
Second, they never submitted code on time. The delays were so extreme I thought they might be running off with the money. Only after multiple phone calls and me saying "I can't trust you anymore" did they finally submit the code. Do they live on some southern island?
Third, they show no respect. They have no interest in clients - no communication, not listening to people, not following requirements. I expressed how uncomfortable this made me, but they only made excuses. They should show some remorse. Do they have eight hearts? I can't believe it.
Want to complete your project quickly? Don't hire Indians. Look for Eastern Europeans. That's the appropriate talent for you. You might even consider implementing it yourself using Cline and Deepseek.
