Needs an macOS app, runs in background and loads in every system boot/start. The solution does not matter, but I see it can be done by using launchd LaunchDaemons. Application must run in root based, because app listens for socket event once catches the event it should delete some files in Library/... path, when it tries to delete these files the admin password prompt appears. this is only for educational purpose.
