I got into automation because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses were spending hours doing work that a good workflow could handle in the background.
A lead would come through a form, someone would copy it into a CRM, another person would send the follow-up email, and someone else would remember to update the pipeline. Nothing was necessarily difficult, but there were too many small steps and small steps are where things get missed.
