• Well-organized bug report with clear steps to reproduce, for each issue;
• Annotated screenshots and / or video capture;
• Areas for improvements;
Also I'll review the website from end user stand point.
Design, User experience, responsiveness, core workflows and user journey;
Regression testing is included (once issues are resolved).
I use Trello by default for bug tracking. I can use any convenient for you bug tracker;
Clear and fast communication, timely delivery, and top-notch quality every time.
