Manual QA for Coursebuilder Website
I have systems in place to monitor every transaction that occurs on our system. Every piece of access is logged. Additionally, all work is done on a kanban board where also, every task is monitored, timestamped, and logged. For the first few weeks Maria did good, diligent work. Unfortunately it appears she chose to not do work for a couple weeks and bill me anyway. I have exact timestamped logs of when she was in each system. I can overlook an hour or two here and there, but we are talking doing a couple hours of work and billing for 20.
If you can't trust someone to bill and do work, I'm not sure I can trust to do proper QA and sign off on items.
